The life bivy is a great survival item to have around in your car or when you are camping. And also keep you warm, alive, and protect you against hypothermia. It reflects and retains over 90% of radiated body heat. It weighs in at just over 4oz and is fairly compressible, i just have to wonder if it actually does anything to keep you warm.
